Upon offering on a property:           1 weeks rent as holding deposit.

(Non refundable if you decide not to proceed)

On Commencement                            1 month’s rent in advance

Of Tenancy:                                          A maximum of 5 weeks rent as security deposit

                        which will be lodged with an approved Deposit Scheme

                                                  (less holding deposit already paid)

                                                                     All figures are inclusive of VAT
